HOW LONG DO CANDLES LAST?

Our candles last on average between 50 and 60 hours when burned normally. They are made to retain the fragrance for longer.

ARE TAHITI CANDLES MADE IN TAHITI?

Yes. Our candles are made in Tahiti, French Polynesia.

HOW ARE TAHITI CANDLES MADE?

Each candle is handmade and receives special care in our workshop in Tahiti.

Buying Tahiti Candles products online is easy. The online store offers the full range of products, including the option to create your own gift set. You can also visit an authorized Tahiti Candles retailer. Please see our Retail Locations page to find the one nearest you.

WHY ARE SOME PRODUCTS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON THE TAHITI CANDLES WEBSITE?

Product production is stopped when demand falls significantly or for the launch of a new range.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

All products are shipped together to be received on the date indicated on the pre-ordered product page.

CAN I CHANGE MY TAHITI CANDLES ONLINE ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

To place an order on the diptyque online store, you must create a customer account. You can modify the information you provided at any time by logging into your account. Please consult our terms and conditions to learn more about how we use the information you provided when setting up your Tahiti Candles customer account.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE?

Payment is made via PayPal.

WHEN IS MY BANK CARD DEBITED?

Your bank card will be charged when your order is shipped. If an ordered product is not immediately available, it will be shipped to you as soon as possible, and your bank card will be charged upon shipment. Shipping costs will only be charged the first time if the delivery address is the same.

CAN I STILL BUY AN OUT-OF-STOCK ITEM?

You cannot add an out-of-stock item to your online order. If you wish to purchase an out-of-stock item, please contact Customer Service; our team will take your order by phone or email at contact@tahticandles.com.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL?

When you set up your Tahiti Candles customer account to purchase products online, you provided us with your email address. You will receive an order confirmation at this email address.

DOES TAHITI CANDLES SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Tahiticandles.com only offers shipping to Tahiti and its islands. If you are located outside of French Polynesia, please email contact@tahiticandles.com for more information.
