Delivery conditions
Deliveries can only be made within Tahiti. Not all of our delivery methods may be available throughout Tahiti. For information on delivery options outside of French Polynesia, please contact our Customer Service department at +689 87 30 56 38 or by email at contact@tahiticandles.com
We deliver the Products in accordance with the delivery terms you have chosen. The term "business day" excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Upon delivery of the Products, we will provide you with sufficient information to exercise your legal right of withdrawal. This will allow you to send any withdrawal request to the appropriate recipient and/or return the Products. For more information, please refer to the sections concerning returns and the right of withdrawal in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale .
Free delivery applies only to standard delivery. 24-hour delivery, express delivery, and international delivery are excluded from this offer. We will make every effort to deliver the ordered Products within 2 to 4 business days from the date of conclusion of the Contract.
